Pies, vegetables and meat represent the traditional Kefalonian cuisine. Ask for the traditional meatpie, fishpie, rabbit with vinegar sauce, sofigado (meat with potatoes), or goat soup.

 

Of course, do not leave the island without having tasted the tradiotional "mantoles" a desert made with almonds and caramel, almond pie, robola wine, and honey.
